Refund Policy

We want you to love your BullZips hoodie. If you do not, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund.

How returns work

• Email support@bullzips.shop with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
• Once your return is received and checked, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong design or size, email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Non refundable items

Shipping Protection, 1 Year Warranty and Priority Processing are services and are not refundable once your order has shipped.
